Return Policy & Procedure

We know that buying shoes online may cause you to feel some concern that you may not get exactly what you are hoping for. We are so confident in our product offering that should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days for either a full refund or exchange.  

We are always looking for ways of improving our product offering, we would really appreciate your feedback on why you would like to return your product in order for us to further enhance our future product offering.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@tenfeet.co.za. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we DO NOT cover the cost of this shipping. Should your item go missing, we cannot be held responsible for this. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot accept returns on items purchased on sale.  

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  

We will also offer a 6-month guarantee on your shoe. Should your shoe not be up to manufacturing standards (this includes a fault in the production of the shoe parts such as well as the stitching and binding) over this period, we will replace it for you. Ts&Cs apply.
