Return Policy & Procedure

We know that buying shoes online may cause you to feel some concern that you may not get exactly what you are hoping for. We are so confident in our product offering that should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your purchase within 90 days for either a full refund or exchange.  

We are always looking for ways of improving our product offering, we would really appreciate your feedback on why you would like to return your product in order for us to further enhance our future product offering.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

Please note that should you wish to return or exchange a shoe that is not damaged due to manufacturing or an error on our part, the cost of the courier fee for return will be at your own expense.  

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will initiate the new order. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  

We will also offer a 6-month guarantee on your shoe. Should your shoe not be up to manufacturing standards (this includes a fault in the production of the shoe parts such as well as the stitching and binding) over this period, we will replace it for you. Ts&Cs apply.
